Refund policy
At LORO WEAR, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
This policy applies to purchases made through our online store and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1. Returns – Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us within a further 14 days.
To start a return, please contact us at:
LORO.WEAR@GMAIL.COM
Please include your order number and let us know that you wish to return your order.
You may also use the cancellation wording provided at the end of this policy, although this is not required.
Condition of returned items
You may handle and inspect the T-shirt in the same way that you would reasonably be able to in a shop.
Please take reasonable care of the item while deciding whether to keep it.
If the item has been used, worn, washed, damaged or otherwise handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect any resulting reduction in value, where permitted by law.
For this reason, we recommend trying the T-shirt on without wearing it for an extended period and without washing or altering it.
2. Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost while being returned to us.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:
LORO.WEAR@GMAIL.COM
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue. This helps us assess the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may offer a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Under UK consumer law, consumers generally have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods and receive a refund. After this period, different remedies may apply, including repair or replacement and, where applicable, a refund or price reduction.
We will not ask you to pay return postage for an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
4. Refunds
Once you have cancelled your order and returned the goods, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
For a standard cancellation, we will refund:
- the price paid for the returned item(s); and
- the cost of the standard delivery service originally paid for the order.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are only required to refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered.
We will not refund additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of an upgraded delivery service.
Where a deduction is permitted because the goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, the refund may be reduced accordingly.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
We will issue the refund without undue delay and, in accordance with UK law, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or, where applicable, 14 days after you provide evidence that the goods have been returned.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you have ordered the wrong size and would like a different size, you may return the original item in accordance with the cancellation and returns process above and place a new order for the required size.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
6. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply to certain types of goods, including goods that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Our standard T-shirts are not considered personalised simply because they are produced following an order. Where an item is genuinely personalised or made specifically to your individual specifications, we will clearly state this before purchase.
Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or defective goods remain unaffected.
7. How to Return an Item
Before sending anything back, please contact us at:
LORO.WEAR@GMAIL.COM
We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.
Please do not send returns to the address of any printing or fulfilment partner unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
When returning an item, please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
8. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy limits or excludes any rights you have under UK consumer law.
Our goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. We cannot exclude or restrict these statutory rights through our terms and policies.
If there is any conflict between this policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail.
